By giving to RSI, you are helping to ensure the future of an organization that makes a distinctive difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities.

The act of giving is highly personal. Gifts can be made outright or deferred. They can be used immediately or invested to earn an annual income supporting a specific purpose. A current gift has an immediate impact on Residential Services Inc. by supporting ongoing operations or for a specific program or need. On the other hand, gifts that are invested in RSI's security fund (endowment) provide a permanent stream of income, helping to ensure that RSI will be able to provide quality services for years to come.

Wish List

 A gift of any item from our Wish List can make a big difference for our programs and services. Here you will find a list of items we are most in need of. 

  1. Paint/other craft supplies for Life Options
  2. Books 
  3. Games and Puzzles
  4. Gift cards for employee appreciation events (Walmart, Target, Starbucks, Movie Tickets, etc.)
  5. Activity passes/event tickets (movies, museums, sporting events, etc.)
  6. Donations designated to the digitization of old photographs which will help preserve RSI’s history.

Stocks and Securities

RSI welcomes contributions of appreciated securities such as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds shares.  

Honoraria and Memorials

RSI welcomes gifts in honor or in memory of friends and family members. Consider making a gift to remember or recognize someone you love, and RSI will acknowledge your thoughtfulness personally to the individual. 

Matching Gifts 

Many companies match charitable gifts made by employees. Check with your company's personnel department to learn if your business matches donations to non-profit organizations. It's an easy way to double your gift!

In Kind Donations

Donations of time and talent, as well as furniture and computers, will be put to good use and make a difference in the lives of the individuals whom we support.

At the end of each year, many of RSI’s families, employees and community members ask about purchasing holiday gifts for the individuals we support to help make their holiday season a little happier.
